		<description>Thanks for the shout-out, Kathy. I love your ideas! Based on how popular my Fantasy Open House weeks are, I&#039;d say there&#039;d be a lot of interest in that sort of thing. Could definitely be the wave of the future as people are increasingly comfortable with doing things online.

I also think builders could learn a lot about what people do and don&#039;t like by reading the comments people make about the houses. They&#039;re not shy about expressing their opinions online, that&#039;s for sure.

A Fantasy Open House would at least help buyers narrow down their list a bit so they wouldn&#039;t have to drive around to so many places to look at them in person--something to think about as those gas prices continue to climb! -Julia</description>
