The best I've found is definitely the Short Sale Engine, from Realty Resolve -- it's just the most useful BUSINESS solution, because they get usability design and they get the Real Estate end of things, too. Anyways, whatever system you go with, the difference these software packages make is HUGE. You can monitor properties all around the country and search for leads with your spare time.
